I think Miss Stanley (manager) is the greatest. She’s very pleasant; firm and she has won my heart. She has a beautiful smile. She is a very concerned young lady, She has a concern for the residence like no other. The only Manager that walks the property and check on her residents since Ive been residing here ---and it’s her birthday. I hope your birthday is the happiest Ms.lady G --- I’m a church goer with a lot of hats, check it, all of them are off to her. Again Happiest Birthday Ms. Stanley And many to come.

They have the worst customer service ever. I have been calling to inquire about a one bedroom, spoke with a Ms. Juanita who was very nice, then gets up there and itâs nothing but a lot of rude, unprofessional females in the office who wouldnât assist me, and tried to get to me to still pay for an application knowing they didnât know what they were talking about. Spoke to Ms. Juanita she did a whole 360 and became unprofessional herself. Now they screen my calls, but when I cal from another number they answer. Lol Iâm happy they did that and showed me their true colors. I wouldnât dare waste my hard earned money of something thatâs worthless.

Wow! Just Wow! My lease will be up soon at my current residence and I was looking around for a new place. The reviews is just too bad. And the mention of mice just makes my skin crawl. No Thanks. Fort Chaplin Tenants, Thanks for your reviews, they really help.

Iâm so unhappy with the customer service of this company. Never move in Fort Chaplin Park Apartments. Management is horrible all the way up to Corporate. Iâm just counting the days until I get to move and live comfortable again. I give this place 0 stars. I feel like Iâm being robbed for the money Iâm paying for a apartment that was not ready to move in. Also this apartment complex is infested with mice.

This place is trash, service is obsolete and the people in the rent stay misplacing rent recipes. Don't move here unless your desperate.Also no one responds to emails instead they just send out robo emails telling you to call the office so you can talk

This place getting bad , before the parkings have a lot a light , now they donât no lights in the parking , itâs very dark but the rent going out , all the trash around the complex building always they are full trash in the parkings , please please put lights on the parkings , we need light .
