Honest review. Worst apartment complexes in DC! The management are unprofessional and have no regard for the residents. They raise the rent whenever they want and whomever they choose. And expect you to pay it on time. If not there is an interest fee. SMH! HORRIBE HORRIBLE HUMANS BEINGS. There are mice everywhere in the apartments. In the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bedroom. Its not safe here! Criminal activity is evident, cars being broken into, wheels of the car being stolen. The list is endless. Do not and I repeat do not live here. PLS!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is one giant trap house and they refuse to do anything about the constant drug dealing coming from their apartments on Blaine Street. This began in 2017 when they moved their drug dealing to there from the parking lot on Blaine Street because it got to hot after they killed a young woman there. Fix the issues coming out of your apartments on Blaine Street.
