I was one poor customer service rendered away from moving in ??? Not getting the place... not because I didn't qualify but because someone didn't like their job.. change the whole trajectory of my life. Employees take for granted how they impact other people's lives....... Shame on them for not truly being of service... especially as service providers.....

Have had a neighbor break the toilet and burglarize the apartment. Despite the police report, the management said we are lucky they aren't charging us for the damages. On 2 other occassions we've had someone try to break the lock and on another actually enter the apartment while we were still inside. Deposite a new police report (due to blood left on the doorknob and a rod still sticking out), management wouldn't even look at the security footage (within a precise 30-minute window, not that hard to find). 18 years of living here.

Honest review. Worst apartment complexes in DC! The management are unprofessional and have no regard for the residents. They raise the rent whenever they want and whomever they choose. And expect you to pay it on time. If not there is an interest fee. SMH! HORRIBE HORRIBLE HUMANS BEINGS. There are mice everywhere in the apartments. In the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bedroom. Its not safe here! Criminal activity is evident, cars being broken into, wheels of the car being stolen. The list is endless. Do not and I repeat do not live here. PLS!
