Fort Chaplin apartments are very spacious and have huge closet space. The Townhouse is also nice and spacious with plenty of spacious closets. THe hot water is perfectly hot!! Very convenient to stores, & train station

Current tenant and it is always something. The money went into the recreation not the apartments. I should have declined to renovation. They do not keep records well, always accusing of late or unpaid rent with inaccurate info. No one is available to assist, the staff is ghetto and unprofessional. I could write an essay.

On the first day of signing my lease, I walk in the apartment and there is a millipede infestation not only in my apartment but in the entire building. The floor boards were loose. The apartment wasn’t move-in ready and I had to immediately file a complaint with DCRA to request inspection. I will definitely write and follow up with the Mayors office tomorrow. And to think... she just did a ribbon cutting in May to celebrate the ALLEGED renovations which gave this company $94 Million of the DC tax payers money.

Never ever move into this place, horrible, my wife and me move there on December in the second floor, 3 days later we can not sleep because squeaky big nose from upstair, the guy walking in his apartment from 11:pm to 6 am and we have a new born... we ask change a unit and they never listen to us... they don't care
